Protocol Wealth

Wealth management for founders, business owners, and investors with digital assets. What it is, what to know before you engage, and why we like it.

About

One plan across traditional and digital assets

An SEC-registered investment adviser run by three partners. Clients work with them directly on one plan for everything they hold.

  • Fiduciary standard

Advice held to a fiduciary standard of care, under a signed advisory agreement.

  • Published pricing

A monthly retainer, fixed-fee projects, or 0.25% to 2.00% for investment management.

  • Custody explained

Traditional assets at a qualified custodian; digital assets at one, or in an MPC wallet.

  • Three partners

Clients work with the three managing partners directly.

Why

A plan that keeps the tax in view

Why we like it

  • Digital assets planned inside the whole balance sheet, not beside it.

  • They work with your CPA and attorney, so planning and tax stay in step.

  • Pricing and disclosures are public, with a version history.

Before you engage

  • The firm was formed in 2025. Its Form ADV and Form CRS cover services, fees, and conflicts.

  • They don't give tax or legal advice. Keep your CPA in the loop on every plan.

  • Assets in an MPC wallet aren't held by a qualified custodian or covered by SIPC or FDIC.
