Darien Advisors is a tax and advisory practice serving individuals and entities, with a focus on digital assets. "Darien Advisors" is a trade name of Le Poulet PBC, a public benefit corporation with its principal place of business in Boulder, Colorado.

Client Engagements

Professional services are governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and Darien Advisors, including scope, fees, and responsibilities. If anything in these Terms conflicts with an executed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for those services.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malware or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without our written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, brand assets, and software — are owned by or licensed to Le Poulet PBC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print Site content for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication — requires our prior written consent.

Forms & Communications

• Information you submit through Site forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Do not send sensitive personal information (such as Social Security Numbers, account credentials, or full financial records) through public Site forms. Secure channels are provided to clients during engagement.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
