Sharing documents with us
Clients share tax documents, statements, and other records through our client portal, hosted by Karbon at clients.karbonhq.com. Files move to the portal over an encrypted connection, and access is limited to your account and the Darien team working on your engagement.
Please don’t send tax documents, account statements, or credentials by email, social media, or through the forms on this website.
What the website forms collect
The inquiry and partner forms on this site collect only what you type: your name, email, organization, and a short description of what you need. They aren’t built to receive documents, so please leave tax documents and account credentials out of them.
Keys and credentials
We never need your seed phrase or private keys. Don’t share them with anyone who says they are from Darien, and tell us if someone asks.
Reporting a security issue
If you think you’ve found a security issue with this website, or you received a suspicious message that claims to be from Darien, email hello@darienadvisors.co with “Security” in the subject line. Include enough detail for us to verify it, and leave client data and credentials out of the report.
